Sino's next-generation business carrier XNTN 800, a high-end routing device, is designed for metropolitan network edge applications and multi-service access devices.
The XNTN 800 is an independently developed service-carrying router by Sino, built on IP/MPLS protocols. Designed for mobile service delivery, it also supports Layer 2/3 channel-based services while offering elastic scalability. The device enables data stream differentiation and Quality of Service (QoS) guarantees to ensure secure and reliable network interconnection. Positioned as a 1U rack-mounted access device for metropolitan network edges handling multiple services, the XNTN 800 features 8×10GE optical ports and 8×GE optical/GE (FE) electrical ports, allowing flexible configuration of networks including star and ring topologies.
The XNTN 800 supports a full suite of Layer 2 protocols, including Ethernet, Ethernet II,802.1x,802.1p,802.1Q,VLAN,802.1x,STP(802.1D, and RSTP(802.1w),MSTP(802.1s.
The XNTN 800 supports unicast/multicast forwarding, TCP, UDP, policy-based routing, and other protocols. It also supports applications such as Ping, Trace, ICMP, DNS client, DNS Proxy, DHCP Server, DHCP Relay, DHCP Client, DHCP Snooping, NTP, and SNTP.
The XNTN 800 supports static routing, RIPv1, RIPv2, OSPFv2, BGP, routing policies, ECMP, IGMPv1, IGMPv2, IGMPv3, PIM-DM, and PIM-SM.
The XNTN 800 supports IPv6 ND, IPv6 ACL, NAT-PT, IPv6 PMTU, IPv6 FIB, and IPv6 tunneling. Its tunneling technologies include manual tunneling, automatic tunneling, GRE tunneling, 6to4, and ISATAP.
Static routing, RIPng, OSPFv3, IS-ISv6, BGP4+, PIM-DM, PIM-SM, MLD V1/V2, and other features.
The XNTN 800 supports LDP protocol, MPLS L2VPN, and L3VPN.
The XNTN 800 supports OAM, including RFC2544 testing, Y.1731, and other features, as well as BFD, Ethernet link OAM, Ethernet service OAM, MPLS OAM, and MPLS-TP OAM.
The XNTN 800 supports ACL, ARP protection, DDoS attack defense, AAA authentication, and SSH connection, ensuring comprehensive device security and preventing unauthorized access.
The XNTN 800 supports QoS functionality, providing simple, complex, and hierarchical QoS mechanisms to ensure service quality.
The XNTN 800 delivers precise frequency/time synchronization with physical layer clock synchronization (including Ethernet clock synchronization), NTP (Network Time Protocol) clock synchronization, and 1588v2 support.
The XNTN 800 device and all its components and operating system are backward compatible.
The XNTN 800 supports 1+1 hot backup power supply. By configuring two power supplies, it provides dual power input with primary and backup channels, ensuring safe operation of the equipment even if one power supply fails.
Support power input overcurrent and overvoltage protection to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive input current and voltage.
