On the afternoon of December 2nd, Mr. Wang Tianguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Shanghai Communications Administration, together with Ms. Chen Rong, Deputy District Governor of Songjiang District, visited the headquarters of Sino-Telecom for a joint research meeting.

In Sino-Telecom’s first-floor exhibition hall, Mr. Xie Hu, Chairman of Sino-Telecom, provided a detailed introduction to Director Wang and Deputy District Governor Chen, covering the company's development, products, and services, as well as Sino-Telecom's competitive advantages and future development plans in the network communication and network security field.

Following on, in Sino-Telecom’s multifunctional hall, product line leaders presented the latest R&D progress and achievements of various product lines. In the field of specialized network security equipment, Sino-Telecom has achieved full-stack self-developed supply and production, with its products and solutions already participating in major national cybersecurity projects. The Big Data product line leader introduced the company’s AI visual large-model-based UAV inspection platform and security data platform, showcasing Sino-Telecom’s innovative exploration in the low-altitude economy, large models, and big data.

Next, the Intelligent Computing Network product line leader introduced the latest large-capacity (64*400G), high-density (2U) fully domestically developed AI computing switch. This product plays a leading role domestically in terms of performance and functionality. Notably, through optimized design, this switch is equipped with ZR/ZR+ ports, allowing direct insertion of 400G coherent optical modules. Combined with the company’s DCI optical-layer equipment, it forms a leading domestic “IP+Optical” AIDC interconnection solution. Lastly, the Optical Network product line leader shared the latest developments in the field of space satellite optical communications.

Deputy District Governor Chen Rong expressed approbation for Sino-Telecom’s high-quality development in recent years. She recognized Sino-Telecom as an outstanding representative of Songjiang District’s tech enterprises in terms of growth speed, quality, and tax contributions. She emphasized that Songjiang District will continue to prioritize next-generation information technology as a core development direction, leveraging the district’s large-scale intelligent computing clusters and comprehensive industrial chain advantages. The government is willing to coordinate resources to support outstanding companies like Sino-Telecom in achieving greater success in the intelligent computing field.

Director Wang Tianguang, in his concluding remarks, fully affirmed Sino-Telecom’s achievements in the network security and ICT sectors. He encouraged the company to maintain its corporate spirit of “To commit and devote” and continue to provide strong support for industry network security management. He highlighted that the Shanghai Communications Administration is accelerating the implementation of the “15+3” action plan and hopes Sino-Telecom can further strengthen industry interactions and actively participate in areas such as security and computing capability. Additionally, he urged Sino-Telecom to stay at the forefront of network security and ICT, seize opportunities, and proactively integrate into the broader industrial development landscape.
