In order to enhance the technical proficiency and business skills of our employees, enrich their cultural experiences, and fully engage their enthusiasm, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development at their respective positions, Sino-Telecom organized and hosted the 4th edition of the 'Employee Skills Competition' on September 21, 2023.
This competition served not only as an evaluation of employees' operational skills but also contributed to raising the overall skill levels and operational efficiency of frontline staff, employing a 'competition as practice, competition as training' approach.
