OTDR is the optical cable monitoring board of Sino-Telecom's STN6800-D16 platform. It is manufactured based on the principles of optical backscattering and Fresnel reflection. By utilizing the backscattered light generated during light propagation in optical fibers, it can obtain attenuation information and is used for measuring fiber attenuation, joint loss, locating fiber fault points, and understanding the loss distribution along the length of the fiber.
