May 30, 2026 — Sino-Telecom celebrated its 20th anniversary with a grand event themed “Twenty Years of Dedication, A New Journey Ahead” at Qianmo Yunjian. Employees from across the company gathered to reflect on two decades of growth and transformation, discuss the challenges and opportunities of today’s rapidly evolving industry, and look ahead to a future powered by artificial intelligence. 
At 4:00 PM, employees began arriving at the venue and signed a commemorative anniversary board before gathering for group photos. The celebration officially opened on the venue’s expansive lawn with a creative drone photography session. Employees formed the characters “ST20,” symbolizing Sino-Telecom’s 20-year milestone, while aerial footage captured the historic moment from above.
The team then joined together in a unified company chant, declaring, “One Promise, Full Commitment,” a slogan that echoed across the lawn and reflected the spirit, unity, and dedication that have defined the company throughout its journey.
Before the evening banquet, a special anniversary video featuring employee interviews was screened. Team members from different departments shared personal perspectives on Sino-Telecom’s evolution, recounting the company’s journey from its entrepreneurial beginnings to its current position in the industry.
The stories highlighted both the challenges and perseverance of the early years, as well as employees’ confidence and aspirations for the future. The heartfelt reflections resonated strongly with everyone in attendance.
Amid enthusiastic applause, Tiger Xie, Chairman of Sino-Telecom, took the stage to deliver a keynote address.

Reflecting on the company’s history, Chairman Tiger Xie shared key milestones that shaped Sino-Telecom’s development.
The company established its R&D team in 2008 and developed the AM1000 series access network monitoring platform. In 2016, Sino-Telecom relocated to its self-owned headquarters building on Wenxiang East Road. Another significant milestone came in 2015 with the recruitment of the NSN optical networking technology team, marking the company’s second major strategic transformation and paving the way for Sino-Telecom to become a mainstream supplier in the open optical networking market.
Chairman Tiger Xie noted that the company’s success was built on the dedication of generations of Sino-Telecom employees. Their loyalty and hard work enabled the company to capitalize on major technology waves, including network monitoring, fiber-to-the-home transformation, and the emergence of 5G technologies, ultimately transforming Sino-Telecom from a market follower into an industry leader.

The chairman and employee representatives then jointly cut the company’s 20th anniversary cake, celebrating the milestone and symbolically launching a new chapter for the organization.
Another key highlight of the evening was the official flag presentation ceremony for the “Project A Plan.”
Members of the project team received the project flag directly from Chairman Tiger Xie before taking the stage together to make a solemn pledge: “Rise to challenges and strive for new heights.”
