The SAN3700-5U chassis is a high-density universal OLT that adopts advanced technology and ASIC chip. One OLT card in the SAN3700-5U chassis can support up to 16 PON ports, and one chassis can support up to 96 PON ports and manage up to 12288 remote ONUs. The SAN3700-5U chassis offers ten slots for boards, including two slots for the control board, two slots for the power board, six slots for GPON service board (without upstream interface board configuration), or five slots for GPON service board and two half-slots for the upstream interface board.
